There are two kinds of Partner Sale

Most partners bring new Merchants to ProPay
  • Payment Facilitators bring merchants and have software that those merchants use
  • Referral Partners bring merchants but don't have any software

ProFac × ×     ProFacCalculator ProFacAgreement
Referral Partner (Merchants)   ×     MerchantReferralCalculator ReferralAgreement

But some partners bring other partners to ProPay.  (Blows the mind right?)
  • Platform Providers have their own technology and bring partners that use it to ProPay
  • Referral Partners don't come with a technology offering.  They do, however bring partners with technology to ProPay

Remember: Merchants still sign a ProPay agreement

Unless boarded through a registered Payment Facilitator, merchants have to agree to ProPay's terms and conditions, either on ProPay’s website, or through the ProFac or Platform Provider’s signup portals.
