1. What kinds of reports are available?

You have access to several different types of reports within your ProPay Account. All of these reports are available under the View Reports menu option. ProPay advises you to print out the reports for your records at least once every three months.

•    Pending Transactions Report – Displays transactions that are currently being processed. These funds are not yet available for use.

•    Completed Transactions Report – Displays transactions that have been processed during the designated month.

•    Reconciliation Report – Similar to the Completed Transaction report, but shows additional information such as the running balance, additions and subtractions, for the designated month.

•    Pending E-mail Invoices – Displays your outstanding unpaid E-mail Invoices. Once paid, these transactions will display in either your Pending Transactions or Completed Transactions Report.

•    Authorization Only Report – Displays authorized transactions that are waiting to be settled. You may settle these transactions from this report. This report is only available to customers who integrate certain web sites or shopping carts with their ProPay Accounts.

•    Card Transactions – Displays transactions associated with your linked Prepaid MasterCard® Card.

•    Search by Transaction Number– Gives details of a given transaction number.

•    Advanced Transaction Search – Fully customizable report that allows you to see all transactions in any 31-day period, including transactions dating back to when the account was opened.

•    Account History – Fully customizable report that tracks changes to the account profile.

•    Annual Fee Summary – Summarizes your account activity and all fees paid to ProPay.

2. How do I view my reports?

Viewing your reports is simple. Please click here to read our tutorial.

3. Can I have a monthly statement mailed to me?

Yes, ProPay charges $10.00 per month to mail a paper statement to you. To activate or discontinue the option to have a monthly statement mailed to you:

1.    Log into your ProPay Account.

2.    Select the Edit Profile Page, located under the My Account menu option.

3.    Select Change Options.

You will then see the option for opting into the monthly statement. Check or uncheck the option to activate or discontinue this feature. Be sure to click Submit when finished.

The fee for the monthly statement is deducted from the available balance in your ProPay Account. Be sure to have at least $10.00 available in your ProPay Account on the first of every month if you've selected this option. Otherwise the report will not be sent.

Please note that the same information that is mailed to you is also available in your online report section within your ProPay Account, which you can print off for free. Click here for instructions on how to access these reports.

4. Does ProPay offer a report at the end of the year for tax purposes?

Yes, at the beginning of each year, we make available the Annual Fee Summary which details the previous year's fee. This summary is included with Premium or higher-level ProPay Accounts or for $14.95 for Basic Accounts.

5. Where can I access reports for months that are no longer listed in the drop-down option?

ProPay makes a certain number of months available in your Reports online, based off of your account type. The Advanced Transaction Search allows you to search your account’s complete history in 31 day increments. You may also upgrade your account to a higher-level to have more months made available to you.
