What information can I change or update in the Edit My Profile area?

What information can I change or update in the Edit My Profile area?

The Edit My Profile area will allow you to change or update the following:
  • Street address and phone number
  • E-mail address
  • Password
  • Challenge questions
  • Bank account
  • Change options (which will allow you select or remove the option to receive ProPay news with our newsletter, request a Prepaid MasterCard® Card, or to receive a mailed monthly statement)
  • Phone Access PIN

You can also manage your MicroSecure™ Card Reader and ProtectPay® options, including updating your subscription payment information and canceling your subscription.
 

How can I change my street address or phone number?

To change your street address, follow these steps:
1.    Log into your ProPay Account.
2.    Select the Edit Profile Page, located under the My Account menu option.
3.    Click the Change Street Address and Phone Number link.
4.    Make any necessary changes or entries.
5.    Click Submit to store your information in your ProPay Account profile.
 
Please note that your evening phone number will appear on your customer’s bank statements.  If you receive your mail at a different location than your physical address please enter it under Mailing Address. Keep in mind that if a Mailing Address is provided, that is the address that will be used if you have opted to receive monthly statements, requested a Prepaid MasterCard or purchased a MicroSecure Card Reader.
 

How can I change my e-mail address?

To change your e-mail address, log in to your ProPay Account using your old e-mail address.
1.    Select the Edit My Profile page under the My Account menu option.
2.    Click the Change E-mail Address link.
3.    Enter the required information and click Submit.
Please note that you may only change your e-mail address twice within 6 months.
 

How can I change my password?

To change your password, follow these steps:
1.    Log into your ProPay Account using your old password.
2.    Select the Edit My Profile page under the My Account menu option.
3.    Click the Change Password link.
4.    Enter the required information and click Submit.

ProPay recommends that you do not use your first name, last name or your company’s name in your password.

How can I change my challenge questions?

To change your challenge questions, follow these steps:

1.    Log into your ProPay Account.
2.    Select the Edit My Profile page under the My Account menu option.
3.    Click the Change Challenge Questions link.
4.    Enter the required information and click Submit.
 

How can I change the bank account stored in my profile?

To add, verify, or update the routing and account information stored in your ProPay Account profile follow these instructions:
1.    Log into your ProPay Account.
2.    Select the Edit Profile Page, located under the My Account menu option.
3.    Click the Add/Change Bank Account link.
4.    Make any necessary changes or entries. Please do not enter any spaces or dashes.
5.    Click Submit to store your information in your ProPay Account profile.
 
ProPay strongly suggests contacting your financial institution to verify that you have the correct routing and account numbers for ACH transactions. Please do not enter numbers from your deposit slip.

How can I subscribe or unsubscribe from the ProPay newsletter?

To subscribe or unsubscribe the option for the ProPay newsletter, follow these steps:

1.    Log into your ProPay Account.
2.    Select the Edit Profile page, located under the My Account menu option.
3.    Click the Change Options link.
4.    Check or uncheck the option “Keep me up-to-date on the latest news and promotions from ProPay.”
5.    Click Submit when finished.

 

How can I opt in or out of receiving a mailed monthly statement?

To opt in or out of receiving a mailed monthly statement, follow these steps:

1.    Log into your ProPay Account.
2.    Select the Edit Profile page, located under the My Account menu option.
3.    Select the Change Options link.
4.    Check or uncheck the option “I wish to receive via mail a printed monthly statement for an additional cost.”
5.    Click Submit when finished.
 

How can I change my Phone Access PIN?

To change your Phone Access PIN, follow these steps:

1.    Log into your ProPay Account.
2.    Select the Edit My Profile page under the My Account menu option.
3.    Click the Change/Add Phone Access PIN link.
4.    Enter your new Phone Access PIN and click Submit.

Please note that this number is not the same as the PIN that is associated with your linked Prepaid MasterCard Card.
