Linking eAuction to eBay

1. How do I sign up for a ProPay eAuction Account?

Signing up for a ProPay eAuction Account is simple, click here. During the sign-up process you will be required to authenticate with eBay in order to validate your seller status with eBay. Your eBay Power Seller level, DSR score and listing status will all be considered in determining which ProPay eAuction Account is right for you.

2. How does my ProPay eAuction Account work with my eBay account?

In order to offer ProPay to your customers as an option for payment on eBay, your ProPay and eBay accounts must be linked. When you sign up for a ProPay eAuction Account, this happens automatically. Each year when you renew your ProPay Account, your accounts will be re-linked again.

As a protection to you, eBay removes the link between your eBay account with your ProPay Account if you change your eBay password. Please follow these steps to re-link your eBay account to your ProPay Account:

1.    Log into your ProPay Account.

2.    Select the Edit Profile Page, located under the My Account menu option.

3.    Click on Link your eBay account.

4.    You will be redirected to the eBay login page.

5.    Log into eBay.

6.    Click on the confirm link button that’s displayed on your confirmation page.

7.    Once you see the Success page, you are properly linked.
