ProPay Link is a new Social Mobile Payment (Social M-Payment) platform that allows Smartphones to be used, not only as payment devices, but also as a social technology allowing merchants and consumers to communicate, connect, and conduct commerce in a new way.  ProPay Link allows consumers to find merchants, contact them for information, interact with them in real-time, order and pay for products or services- all from the Smartphone.
