What to Expect

What eBay® Sellers  can expect from ProPay’s simple three (3) step signup process:

Step 1 – eBay Sellers will need to give ProPay permission to view their eBay account information.

After clicking the “Sign Up” button, the Seller will be directed to log into their eBay account and click “I agree” to grant this permission. Based on this information, ProPay will be able to assign the correct eAuction Account level. For more information on eAuction levels, view the pricing page.

Step 2 - Complete the eAuction Account Application. This includes:

• Personal information about the Seller
• Security information for the Seller’s eAuction account
• Payment information for the annual account fee
• Merchant information about the Seller’s business
• Answering identity verification questions
